Course: Introduction to qualitative market research
In this course you will learn everything you need to carry out a qualitative research project.
You will first learn how to ensure the validity of qualitative research and how to determine the target group and number of respondents. You will then be introduced to the creation of professional survey guidelines for in-depth interviews or group discussions. After a short introduction to interviewing, the course deals with the recording and evaluation of what has been said. And last but not least, you will receive valuable tips for reporting.
The excursus "Do not quantify!" prevents them from carrying out a de facto quantitative survey under the name "qualitative research".
