Course: How to write professional questionnaires
In this course, you will learn how to design a professional questionnaire with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders in the company.
The module teaches techniques for turning internal questions into questioner-friendly question complexes, which question forms correspond to which problem, when to use direct and indirect questions and how to formulate them, how to apply and formulate open and closed questions and how to construct and use scales.
You will learn how to avoid the most common questionnaire mistakes and what distinguishes questionnaire professionals from amateurs. Interactive practical exercises complete the whole thing.
